Betita Nominee, UP IECEP President AY 2012-2013 Vision I envision the organization to be a tool for the involvement of UP Electronics and Communications Engineering students to various activities inside and outside the university that will help their holistic development as future leaders and as professionals that are socially-aware of their duties and responsibilities. General Plan of Action Informed, Involved and Improved Informed – Not only to be well specialized and prepared for the duties and responsibilities of the designated committee of each member, but to be aware of the tasks of other committees in order to be able to be more coherent as a group towards a common goal. Frequent updates as well as appointing representatives between interdependent committees will provide a more fluid operation in future projects. Involved – Committee members will need to be familiar with each other in order to act more efficiently. Frequent bonding activities promoting teamwork within committees and within the whole organization will be carried out and a well-distributed division of labour among committees will be put into effect to develop a sense of belongingness of each member to the organization cause even the smallest effort from everybody will go a long way for the whole...
