According to statistical data, in 2003 GDP deflator is 83,1 (base year 2005) and in 2010 it nearly duplicated. However, both percentage change of GDP deflator and inflation rate decreased since 2003. Moreover, in 2003, GDP in Turkey was 587 billion dollar and in 2010 it was 729 billion dollar. Consequently, over 2003-2010 period, Turkish economy grew by 25 percentages according to 2003 in the end of 2010. However, unemployment rate was static over the period. Also, in Turkey, although population of female was educated in respect of 80s and 90s, labor participation in female was the nearly same percentage. In general, percentage labor participation in Turkey is so low. Therefore, especially low of female labor participation, Turkish economy is under their capacity.
