J. Racy, Dr. David Borgo, Souhail Kaspar and Rob Thorsen for a special performance on reed instruments from the East Mediterranean region and modern jazz as they share the story of Middle-Eastern reeds. Internationally acclaimed performer, composer, and Professor of Ethnomusicology at the University of California, Los Angeles, A.J. Racy will perform on a variety of East Mediterranean reed and other instruments whose roots go back to antiquity.
