Fawwaz Siddiqui Professor Fleming MWF 11:00 – 11:50 Stress Homework 1. My Score for the student stress scale was 218. This means that I have a 50/50 chance of developing a health problem. 2. I feel like the scale accurately represents my stress level since I have been feeling very stressed lately. 3. The biggest stressor in my life right now is doing well in school. Last semester was my first semester of college, and I did not do as well as I had hoped. This adds stress to my life because if I want to graduate on time, I will have to work harder. 4. Dealing with stress can be tough. One realistic way to deal with it is to acknowledge your feelings. The last way to deal with stress is to seek professional help if needed. As a student, I have amenities at school such as counselors whom I can speak to about events going on in my life. 5. In six months, the biggest stressor in my life will probably be taking summer class. Summer class is usually very stressful because you are required to learn an entire semesters material in a certain number of weeks.
