I personally believe that making studying part of your daily routine is one of the best tips. Although, I do give myself one day a week as a mental break, as to not get burnt out. Studying everyday is beneficial to keep yourself a learning mode. Faltering from this routine will make it harder to get back in the groove of things. I currently use this tip and will continue to do so. It makes things so much easier.

If I do not get enough sleep I catch myself falling asleep while reading and also at work. I do not comprehend much of anything if I am lacking sleep. However, I think if I worked out I would be more energetic in all aspects of my life. This was another tip mentioned....
