Session 2 - Leadership Communication Styles MANA 4319 Here is your checklist for this week: ____ Take the Personality Plus inventory. ____ Read the corresponding chapters for your personality type. ____ Write a two-page reflection about your personality type. ____ Read the article, "Understanding People," by Michael Maccoby. ____ Post to the Discussion Board. This week we are focusing on Personality Plus . Please read the introduction and inventory directions. After taking the inventory in the first few pages of the book, post your score in the discussion thread on that type (i.e. if you scored a Sanguine, respond to the "I'm a Sanguine" thread). Then you will need to read the corresponding chapters for your personality type and write a two-page reflection about your personality type. This will include whether you think your highest score was accurate and what you learned about yourself. We are also reading the article posted below by Michael Maccoby.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
