Unformatted text preview: The purpose for this is to work together as one in order to achieve the goal. This organization consists of transformation processes, inputs and outputs, and feedback. The contingency approach focuses on identifying the key variables in each situation and also by recognizing the causes and effects of managerial decisions. I had a hard time deciding which one I think is more important because they all go hand in hand to run a business successfully. I will say that I think the Behavioral theory is important because if everyone understands what it is they are required to do and how to properly do it, then they can all get along and work together to accomplish the goals that they set for themselves and the company.
