Unformatted text preview: mission. I would strongly recommend that the CEOs make the final decision because they are the ones who have the highest authority over the company. I feel that Dalman and Lei should be the ones to make the final decision because they are the owners of the company. They both need to sit down and have a serious discussion to ensure that they both agree on the same option. The levels of Authority would be as followed; the top of the totem pole would be Dalman and Lei who are the CEO, then it would be the top managers and then we move on to the location managers. The final and last level of authority would be the associates....
