ORGANIZATIONS AS ORGANISMS 2 Organizations as Organisms Jung Typology Test My summary and experience of taking the assessment was enlightening and overall an accurate evaluation. The Jung Typology Test assessed my personality as ESFG (Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging) (Butt, 2009). In applying the ways in which I approach life experiences, I have a strong foundation and protective nature when it comes to people. The degree to which your personality type as indicated by the assessment fits your self- image, or constitutes a surprise in some ways Amazingly, I was surprised to find that “extravert” was an identifier for my personality (although a rather low percentage compared to other feelings) for if I had taken the test prior to joining the military, I probably would have identified more with an introvert personality in that I was often shy and disliked speaking in public. Yet the military encourages an individual to speak freely and authoritatively as our jobs are demanding and require confidence. Alternatively, I can also understand the low percentage rate as being an extravert
