Human Resources Proposal After further investigation on practical solutions for improving human resources, the analytical team suggested that the top two areas of concern are the recruitment/ selection process and training/ development. Solutions are as follows: Recruitment and selection process (Suggestions of Jim Bernholtz.) 1) Develop an appropriate standardized online job application form to filter out the most qualified applicants to contain costs to company. Expanded thoughts: In addition to this online form, utilization of a web based employment search company, such as jobing.com, would make this process even more efficient. Because the employer can ask some initial interview questions, people that submit their resumes are asked additional qualifying questions. This will eliminate extra time spent on reviewing unqualified personnel. Training and development (Suggestions provided by Deborah Lewis.) 1) Make training sessions entertaining so that the attention of the trainees is captured
