It is the agreement on who out of the group gets to claim the dependent on their taxes The expenses included in maintaining a household. Which include, property taxes, mortgage interest, rent, utility charges, upkeeping and repairs, property insurance, and food consumed on the premises. Such costs do NOT include cloting education, medicaltreatment, vacations, life insurance, transportations, or the value of services provided by the taxpayer
