A review of company records shows that the Fitness Center decreases employee absenteeism, reduces company medical cost, and increases employee productivity. With proper attention and key leader support, the Fitness Center could become Rocky Mountain Mutual’s greatest asset. Employee Absenteeism

Rocky Mountain Mutual employees who use the Company Fitness Center miss half as many days of work as employees who do not use the Fitness Center. Employees using the Fitness Center missed an average of six days or work per year. Employees who do not use the Fitness Center missed and average of twelve days of work per year. These statistics show that the Companies Fitness Center contributes to the health of the employees and in turn benefits the Company. Reduced Medical Cost
