The target market we are looking to reach is the generation x and y, who are very into “coffee dates” with friends, and very comfortable places to grab a bite to eat and be entertained. We predict the target age group to be heavily in the 18-35 years old range. The Bushwick population in general is fairly large, but as of recent has noticed a change in younger “hip” residents.
