Formalities for Phases I and II Your project must be very clean and organized (preferably put in a file) Revise the project after finishing it and again after printing Must have a cover page that includes: o The “German University in Cairo” title or logo o The name of the course o The title of the report o Name, ID number and Tutorial Group o The name of the TA o The date of submission Formatting o Font: Times New Roman, size 12 o 1.5 spacing and justified alignment o Page numbers at the bottom of each page (except for the cover page and table of contents) o Table of Contents must be done using the built-in process in Microsoft Word o Headings in the report must be numbered (for example 1, 1.1, 1.1.1…etc) o Don’t leave a title hanging at the end of the page o One empty row is left between paragraphs o Margins must be 30mm o Paragraph maximum of 10-12 lines and each sentence maximum of 2.5-3 lines English o No grammar or spelling mistakes are accepted o You must write in academic English, for example “do not” instead of “don’t”,
