(i) I have used Microsoft Word in the preparation of class papers and reports. I am comfortable with basic word processing, but have had little experience with elaborate tables or graphics. I can use Microsoft Excel to do large numbers of arithmetic computations efficiently, and am familiar with the formatting of cells. My work with Excel has included the creation of a few simple graphs. I have used e-mail for the past two years, and am able to locate web sites and download files. (ii) Most of my computer experience is with Windows . However, I have used a friend’s Macintosh for a few projects. (iii) I will be using a 1 GHz Dell laptop computer in my house.
