My recommendations are based on (a) how to overcome fear in job searching, and (b) where should they go for a job searching. How to Overcome Fear in Job Searching For the students who have just graduated and looking for a job, they have a lot of fears during the searching process – fear of unable to find a suitable job, or fear of rejection. Fear of unable to find a suitable job. A lot of students just study for degree. They don’t make a throughout plan for their future, what they will do with their degree. So, when come to the point of apply for a job, they cannot pull out their strengths or their inner characteristics that qualify for the job they want. They get stuck in the application process! However, it’s not hard to qualify for the job they want....
