MISY3310 Research Interview Questionnaire Purpose: To expose students to the uses of information and communication technologies (ICT) by real people working in real organizations. To improve course offerings by universities to better prepare current and future workers. Skills to be Developed: Interviewing, asking questions, taking notes, oral and written communication skills, and observation of people and organizations in action. questions and any other ICT related questions of the interviewer's choice. Interviews can be conducted face-to-face or through telephone, fax, e-mail, or other channels. Answers to the questions must be written and summarized in a paper that each student will write for MISY3310 and the findings must be presented to the class. The actual responses to the questions must be turned in along with the research paper. 1 What does your organization do? In which industrial sector of the economy does your organization operate in? What products or services does your organization sell? Who are your customers?
