Unformatted text preview: Usually someone is not charged with a crime unless all the evidence and facts are there. So the federal powers should not have to come into play much. Federal I feel should just look over the states and make sure things are being done right and if necassary they can interfere. Other than that the states should be left up to make the criminal decisions....
