Taking a Position 2 Taking a Position PART A The issue in the comic strip "The Coffee Break" was that Tanya thought it was ok to raise her pay through a glitch in the payroll system. She immediately took a position on the issue that it was wrong and risky. Even though Tanya tried to justify it, Anita knew immediately that it was wrong and it was the company's decision to decide how much she should be getting paid not her. I think that Anita used logic and moral value in her decision on this issue. I think she knew it was wrong and she could get into a lot of trouble plus morally even though Tanya was her friend in the end she knew she had to report the issue. Yes I believe she solved the problem and took action by reporting it to the HR and I believe she made the correct decision. PART B An issue I have come across was my Aunt Rosa was with an abusive man and one night
