Work Values Assessment Instructions Organizations differ in the values held by their members about what’s important, how to behave, or what attitudes are appropriate. Please sort the 54 values listed on the next page into the 9 categories listed below, ranging from the values that you consider to be the most desirable for you personally to those that you consider to be the least desirable to you personally. In rating each value please consider how important it would be to you that the value is part of your ideal organization’s value system. Please write the number associated with each value on one of the lines in the categories, and bring a copy of this sheet with you to class on September 14 th .
