I found a bit more on the Keynesians theory of why inflation has continued to increase since the
1960’s.
Along with the Monetarist’s view, the Keynesians agree that an increase in money
supply has played a role; there are bigger causes at hand.
These include built-in inflation, cost
push, demand pull.
