According to an article the U.S. FED is optimistic about the future. They plan on keeping the current low interest rates for an extended period of time. They claim that even though economic activity will most likely remain low for some time, it has at least leveled off. The U.S. Government and the FED has implemented a sequence of actions to help the American economy
