This week we have also looked at the Baldrige award and one of the things that really stood out to me was the need to recognize that all improvement starts with management. Without a strong, efficient, successful, innovated, and motivated team of management, nothing will improve. Procter and Gamble not only recognize and understand this, they have implemented it in every area of their company.
