Middle class clientele with sufficient lighting. No music being played. W There is no consultation area specifically. They perform their consultation services on the pharmacy counter. Other customers could easily heard the ongoing conversation between the patients and the pharmacists. S 2 seats. There is no area for immunizations so they use the two waiting chairs. S Nothing special, they only have a few OTC's and no herbals. S Two male pharmacists that seem to be caring and well liked by the patients. One female technician and a rotating intern from Midwestern is the entire staff. S Immunization from 12-6 Monday through Friday. Offer H1N1, influenza, pneumococcal, shingles, and tetanus. Offer $30 coupons for transferring prescriptions to store. S Similar to other retail pharmacies.
