That is a great point Kelly. However, my first thoughts were for the safety of the other workers as well as David. Regardless of how long he has worked for the company or the fact that no one has been hurt yet, by keeping David on a forklift knowing this condition exists, the company would be putting themselves at risk of possible lawsuits.
