I think the type of tool a company chooses to use really must be based on what their overall goal is. Whatever is the best fitted graph or chart, to get the most concise data and results are the one they should choose. By visually seeing where the problems are by dips or peaks on a graph, the company can possibly pinpoint what factors lead to those discrepancies. It also gives the company a true way to measure improvement. As a company finds the causes of default and corrects them, the new data should show a much better picture....
