2. Traceable Costs can be traced to a specific function or product. FedEx has four business segments that provided transportation, ecommerce, and business services. The segments are as follows: 1. FedEx Express- World’s largest transportation company offering time certain delivery within 1-3 business days. This segment also includes international trade services. a. Traceable fixed costs a.i. Cost of delivery vehicles a.ii. Cost of aircraft b. Common Costs 2. FedEx Ground- leading provider of small-package ground delivery services. This segment also includes consolidation and delivery of high volume, low weight packages.
