Questions Unit 5 1. Who is an entrepreneur? An entrepreneur is a person who starts their own business. He is an independent, Innovative, self-confident person. Also Entrepreneur thinks up new and original ideas and wants to be more successful than other. All entrepreneurs have a passionate desire to do things better and improve rheir products or services. They are constantly looking for ways to improve. 2. What are the characteristics of a successful entrepreneur? Creativity and innovation are most important abilities for entrepreneur. He needs to be able to grasp ideas and opportunities that other people may miss. Also entrepreneur should be flexible on the market. Enterpreneur has to be excellent communicator. When you start your business you have to communicate with other people, Working for you. Also he has to be self-confident individual. Successful entrepreneurs believe the only way to reach their goals and live up to their self-imposed high standards is to compete with other successful business. 3. Are entrepreneurs born or made? I think, that entrepreneur are made, because he should develop its abilities, even if it is an innate abilities. He should have different knowledge about business and also job experience. 4. Will entrepreneurs replace pop stars and footballers as idols for young people? IN MY OPINION, entrepreneurs will replace pop stars and footballers as idols for young people, Because even nowadays we know different stories about success of entrepreneurs , for example , such as Ricard Branson, JAMES Dyson, J.Bezos. 5. What makes a good entrepreneur? ENTERPRENEURS HAVE TO BE EXELLENT COMMUNICATORS. You need to persuade investors to invest in your idea. Then, when you start your business you have to communicate your vision to the people who work for you. And then, of course, you have to communicate your product or service to potential customers. 6. Why is it vital to be innovative? It is vital to be innovative? Because you need to offer something new, something that is not already on the market. You need to be able to grasp ideas opportunities that other people may miss. 7.
