She is always willing to help and it is very knowledgeable, I would give her a high rank since I know that I can come to her with any issue and she will be happy to help or at least try. I think I can always do better because everyday we learn new things and I am always trying to improve myself. Casey Harrell My current supervisor is far too high strung and does not trust his employees to do the job they were hired for and frequently will call 3-10 times per shift to explain the same thing over again. This is micro management at it's finest and causes undue stress. I don't know that I would do a better job because I've been in a supervisory position and I have a problem with delegation. If I am responsible and I know I'll have to fix it if it's not done right. why not just do it myself in the first place.know I'll have to fix it if it's not done right....
