Unformatted text preview: What type of motivation works best on you- Intrinsic or Extrinsic? Why? Does this change with age, education, etc? I think the motivation that works better for me is Extrinsic because I am always thinking about my future like the goals that I want to achieve or the future that I want to give to my family. I want them to have everything they need to make them happy. That’s one of the most important reasons why I’m studying because I want to educate myself and be a better person that way I can teach my children to follow my steps. For me the motivation does change with the age or education it depends on the situation the person is living or what interest he or she has. Therasa Heller I would say for myself it has always been Intrinsic...Or should I say as long as I can remember. I am a very motivated person. Its sad to say I have been told my whole life that "You can't"...And I have always told myself...Who are these people to tell me I can't....
