Do you believe companies due enough when it comes to Training and Development? What else could  be done to help the employees and organization? Most companies do enforce or require training for their new employees and in most cases training  hours are paid.  A very good example of how a company should treat new coming employees is south  west airlines.  They provide information needed prior the sessions, air transportation, everybody is  trained to have a home welcoming attitude creating a familiar environment.  Company should focus on  receiving the employees in a best manner possible therefore keeping them from resigning and  avoiding losses from having to train extra people all the time.
