Not being financially stable is undeniably looked down upon here in the U.S., especially welfare recipients. Welfare is government funding which is collected by working citizens and distributed to those who are unable to work. A Florida Republican by the name of Jud McMillin strives for a new law which he believes will keep welfare recipients on the right track. This specific law requires those who receive welfare to take a drug test, proving that they are not using government funds on items such as drugs. The name of this law would be called Welfare Drug Testing Bill. There are two main reasons this law was banned. The first was because it violated the Fourth Amendment which states that unreasonable search and seizure is unconstitutional, also welfare recipients felt that drug tests should be provided to everyone who...
