Implication(s) of the Lecture and readings for this course – Chapter 7 discusses the Network and its related systems, such as networking applications, characteristics, data transmissions characteristics, media, communications protocols, networking standards, and networking hardware. Network is a collection of computers and other hardware devices that are connected together to share hardware, software, and data, as well as facilitate electronic communications. We use these computer networks, such as home networks, business networks, or the Internet as connection with others. Today’s networking applications mostly take place via the Internet. And network characteristics can be considered as two types that are wired or wireless networks. As it named, wired needs to be connected by lines or wires directly to the PCs or devices. However, wireless doesn’t need wires or lines
