“In the United States; we do not need to plan for retirement. Social Security will cover our needs when we are retired.” I have chosen to disagree with statement quoted above; Social Security is not a sufficient form of income for a retired person to live comfortable. This statement sounds like a discussion between republicans and multimillion dollar corporation to increase the deceit and raise profits. I studied each question and this specific topic is the forum for a good debate and I feel may determine how people vote for future mayors, governors, and presidents. With the consistent rate of inflation now of days it is hard for seniors receiving full pensions and Social Security monthly struggling to keep up with houses cost and bills it is ridiculous to think someone can maintain the same lifestyle after they stop working. I recently had a conversation with my grandmother who recently retired as a New York City worker who was fortunate enough receive a full pension and
