Healthy Eating Plan Comparison SCI 241 JOSH GORBAN After completing the food diary the second time, the results were similar to that of the first time I did it in the first week. This is mainly because my eating habits have not change significantly enough to show any change. To be honest, they have gotten a bit worse in the past five weeks as a result of my wife being pregnant for the first time.

Quick and easy meals are still consumed regularly throughout most of the day. It is hard to break this cycle as time seems to always be so limited. One thing that I have managed to do through the 8 weeks of this course is limit my fast food intake. I have never really been much of a fast food eater, maybe 1 to 2 times a month, but I have currently not eaten fast food for about 7 weeks. I still do not eat much at work so my diet during work hours is still the same. What is different now from 7 weeks ago is I am better at not over eating after work. This was a big problem for me in recent weeks as I would come home from work and eat a large amount of food before I would go to bed. Since I have heartburn this was a big problem for me. Waking up in the middle of sleep with heartburn was almost an everyday thing. Now that I have limited myself to a small snack before sleeping, my heartburn has decreased so now I sleep better through the day, waking up feeling
