Case Analysis Because of the nature of this class, casework is an important element of the course . Students will be required to conduct case analyses (CA) to demonstrate their ability to comprehend a range of human resource management issues and implications and, in turn, make informed managerial decisions. Successful completion of a case analysis requires students to be able to: define the problem(s) understand causes, symptoms, ramifications, consequences, and repercussions of the case problem(s) organize the facts, analyze, and synthesize them formulate possible solutions, evaluate them, and choose and defend a particular solution or application. In the case options provided, students may be required to apply all or some of these analytical skills. All cases can be found either on D2L or in the course textbook . You will have in-class quizzes on the content and problems of assigned cases (CA quizzes points) . The
