Unformatted text preview: American share is the fact that they take great pride on tradition and value greatly their home life. One of the differences between the Chinese American and Japanese American is the way they practice their culture. Even in America, the Chinese Americans have stayed very close to their heritage by establishing Chinatowns across America in the major cities. This helps the Chinese to continue their way of life they were used to back in their home country. Japanese Americans have also tried to stay close to their heritage by establishing small towns called Little Tokyo’s. Even though the Chinese Americans clear resistance to assimilation, Japanese Americans have not lost view of their traditions and culture. Regardless of differences they have, both cultures have brought great cultural presence and pride to America....
