My career plan My Burnout Skills/My Boreout Skills: What does this mean in terms of job choices? My major burnout skill in my opinion is organization and structuring of an archive. I used to do it a lot during my practical experience and I feel that this skill could lead to burnout. I need more interaction with people as well as diverse work tasks, and archives are the same monotonous tasks, even though company or the essence of them could be different. Another burnout skill is sales skills, but here I should describe the framework, when this skill will can become a burnout. Of course, sales jobs and tasks are very important in everyday business life and sometimes I enjoy them, but there are circumstances when I simply could not stand them. My sales skills could become a burnout, when I completely disagree with the product (do not like it) and when I think it won’t bring any good value for the people. So trading product I don’t like is the burnout skill for me.
