MKG 635 Yongxi Xue HR Chally After finishing the HR Chally assessment online, I was thinking that how could some really irrelevant questions in the assessment reflect my skills and abilities to pursue certain career, and I found no clue at all. What is the magic that Chally holds to turn my answers into accurate analysis of the evaluation of my strengths and weaknesses in different aspects of jobs? When I receive my result, I see low scores and high scores in different job positions, and I cannot see any correlation between those numbers and my potential skills and even my future career. Ms. Jeanne answered all my questions in the class. The assessment measures motivation and relevant work habits that I have acquired, and it helps me to identify the competency strengths and development opportunities for a particular job. And it ensures the best match between candidate and particular job as well as helping people who are in a job to maximize their efforts. There are several different job fields, I have low matches in “New Business Development”, “Territory Consultive System
