Wal-Mart is the world's largest retailer. In today's business world, the most successful companies must be able to use different levels of planning to achieve objectives. Wal-Mart has many different levels of management planning in place, in accordance with its goals and objectives adopted. Wal-Mart's strategy in the planning stages, they are highly regarded as a dreamer. Wal-Mart develop planning processes that enable the company to understand where they want to go, how they want to get there, and what things they must focus on along the way to drive the plan . The managers know their organization conditions and can forecast future situation. In Wal-Mart, planners identify the courses of action. After evaluating the various alternatives, they make the best decision for achieving goals and define the important steps and ensure plans be effective for complete. Planners also take corrective action when necessary and constantly evaluate the success of their plans. Management must organize, and then all the resources at hand to put into practice
