Training section: Training is going to be a multi-step process. Instead of listing out the steps I will include a table that is easy to read. This will allow you to keep better track of which employees in your department need training. HR will also have a list of upcoming trainings, but you should also keep a list of who needs to training to allow for proper coverage. Proposed Training: Why the training is needed? Time frame: Type of Training Department to receive training: Length of training: Orientation New Hires 8 hours for 1-2 days, depending on department. Introduction to company tactics, and regulations. All new hires. 1-2 days. Introduction to customer service skills New hires First full week of employment. Empathy, listening skills, and how to close the sale. Customer service and sales. The rest of the first week. Software training New hires Combine with other interdepartmental trainings Learning the company software All departments that use the software, Combined during the first week.
