Unformatted text preview: convince my self conscience to just react but I always hesitate and by the time I get the courage to do so it is already too late, meaning if I do I would look more like a fool. I am aware of it and I tell my self that it will be fine to just show my emotions, but I always manage to convince my self to keep my thoughts to myself. The only person who could and has helped with this is my wife; she has always encouraged me to just let my feelings show. I have made a huge improvement and keep look for small steps one day at a time to reach my goals....
