Week Two DQ 2 Post a 150- to 300-word response to the following discussion question by clicking on Reply: After viewing Nutrition with John Stossel, how do you think understanding how to read a food label might benefit you? How might you utilize this information to improve your eating habits? I thought I was quite smart reading the food labels, I do always read the labels on the different food brands and choose the one that contains the highest nutrients like vitamins, calcium, proteins, minerals, and with the least amounts of saturated fats, sugar, sodium, I was also aware of the two different measures (serving vs. full content), how ever I never really knew that the serving part was the measure that we are supposed to eat, I thought the food company just broke it down into two for consumers to understand it easily, I quite disappointed at my self for not realize that sooner. I would have curried on with this thinking if I did not view Nutrition video. After knowing this information I am defiantly
