Click on the Take the Adult Fitness Test: Are You Ready? Start Here button to complete the fitness test. Next, click on Enter Your Data Online Here on the left-hand side of the screen. After completing the Adult Fitness Test, keep the window open, scroll to the bottom of the page, and review the information under Improve Your Scores to answer the following questions. 1. On your results page locate the heading Improve Your Scores. Click on Aerobic Fitness – Interpret and Improve . Based on the information provided, how can you improve your aerobic fitness? I was quite surprise at my aerobic fitness results, I thought I was in good shape running a mile and half in about 12 minutes, but according to the test which puts me at 60% ile (60 percentile), I need a lot of improvement, suggesting I should participate in a moderate to vigorous physical activity to improve and maintain my aerobic fitness.
