It is a good idea to identify the daily stressors and avoid them as much as possible by keeping them under control and dealing with them positively. David, I agree with you, it is very important to be deal with our stress to keep under control and releasing the built up pressures, a great way is to share to the stressors with friends and family to help you identify the best method to alleviate the stress we experience. Of course we can get rid off most of our stress by following a physical activity routine on a regular basis. Adam, I agree with you there, one of the best way to deal with our daily stress related events is to keep a regular schedule of physical activity, one good recommendation is yoga classes, since they can help us stretch, meditate, teach us breathing techniques, and help us to relax.
