Professor Dong-Soon Kim Course Description This course is designed to assist undergraduate students in understanding basics of corporate finance or finance in general. Furthermore, they will study some selected topics such as capital structure, investment, derivatives and mergers and acquisitions. Team presentation on The Economist articles is required. Course Goals The goal of this purpose is to make undergraduate students prepare for future top management or CFO jobs for which they need to manage financial problems with regard to financing, investments and risk management, and have an expertise in financial markets.
