As you see the article, your counterpart’s companies have been doing well with some ideas to improve customer service such as motivation, esteem, and self-actualization. Probably, this company which is below customer’s service average doesn’t have strategies for increasing motivation with your reps. However, you don’t need to spend a lot of money to start making improvements in your customer service, because you can make customer service improvements by using your management skills and strategies. Moreover, if we can collect customer’s feedback about level of customer satisfaction from customers, it will be useful for the analysis of problems.
