MinKyun Kim Professor Leslie Martin MGT 3123 - 900 12 March 2012 Choosing the Best Person for a Role If you have been promoted to the position of sales manager, your primary responsibility is to recruit, train and motivate their sales force to achieve high performance. I think there is no guarantee to hire the right and qualified sales person every time. So you need to figure it out what is the best way to pick from candidates and to avoid common mistakes when you are recruiting. Firstly, you should look for in a perspective hire which traits are the most important thing. In my opinion, there are two mandatory processing any new hire should possess. The first quality I look for is loyalty which is established between employee and company. If a person is not loyal to their company, surveys indicate that they are more likely to violate company policies and procedures. Disloyal employees are also the first to leave when they are going to hard work. You should have your eyes wide open if you don't want to make mistakes
