Sales Training 10 – 15.09.2007 Short Protocol General sales situation: The grow of the sales percentage is 40% comparative with the planed one 15%, but in the same time is not the best grow related to the competitors 60% (mostly Audi). In the next four months we have to show to the competitors our real face in order not to stay on the third place after Audi and Mercedes. The key tool for this is the new X5: - We have the best car; - We have the newest car; - We have the newest technology; - We have the nicest design; - We have the best slogan: “The boss is back”; - We have an attractive price; - Starting with October we will have the car on stock. In the moment we don’t give discount for this car because in not necessary. Audi gives for Q7 discount between 4 and 5%; Mercedes gives for ML or GL discount between 5 and 7%. For very good clients we can offer winter tires instead of discount. 6% discount like Iasi offered the client is not OK, not good for the brand, not good for
