Central is an online resource for K-12 that provides information about physical education that teachers, parents and students can use. They have a large group of resources on the site that includes health and physical education lesson ideas, ready-to-print assessments, adapted physical education information, classroom management techniques, a job center, physical education equipment discounts, and information about best practices in physical education and programs designed to motivate children and help them improve their motor skills and understanding of the importance of physical fitness. This site would be wonderful for all teachers because it has so many activities. They even have themed lesson plans and dances. This site is full of information about physical education and health. It has everything from printable activities to discounts for ordering the equipment that may be needed for activities. The information is updated daily and the lessons are developmentally appropriate for each age group.
